29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and a) Maintenance Shop Work Area: On or about May 8, 2014, an employee used a DoAll Vertical band saw with a blade that was inadequately guarded, exposing the operator to a point-of-operation/laceration hazard.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6): Workplace labeling. Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: a) Production Work Area: On or about May 8, 2014, an employee used chemical compounds contained in three 16-ounce Spray bottles which were not labeled to show its contents, exposing employees to safety and or health hazards.
