29 CFR 1926.59: 29 CFR 1926.59:  An employer engaged in construction activities did not comply with the requirements set forth in Part 1910, Section 1200, Hazard Communication:  Location:  Route 13 South of Route 72, Delaware City, DE- Employer did not provide an effective Hazard Communication, or Hazard Communication Update training to all employees.  Observed on or about 05/12/2014.  ABATEMENT NOTE: The employer shall deliver training on the changes to Hazard Communication in a manner that is effective. Someone with knowledge on the subject should be available to answer any questions.  In addition, an effective method of measuring if personnel understood the material should be in place.
