29 CFR 1926.701(b): All protruding reinforcing steel, onto and/or into which employees could fall or come against, was not guarded to eliminate the hazard of impalement: a) Footer walls - A laborer was observed cleaning out the bottom of a footer along a concrete block wall and there were several pieces of rebar protruding from the block wall creating an impalement hazard, on or about 05/12/2014.
