29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(5)(i): The employer did not affix signs or labels so that employees would be notified of what materials contain ACM and/or PACM to materials that were previously identified to be ACM and/or PACM: a) Storage rack area, thermal system (pipe) insulation was present in ACM (asbestos containing materials), PACM (presumed asbestos containing materials) and non-ACM. The ACM and PACM materials were not labeled to enable employees to readily identify which pipe insulation may contain asbestos in contrast to those pipe runs which were fiberglass/cellulose covered, on or about May 14, 2014. "ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED"
