29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system: (a) 1219 Manheim Pike Lancaster, PA - Employees were observed performing roofing activity on a low slope roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 13 feet 9 inches to the ground below, on or about May 15, 2014. No abatement certification or documentation required.
