29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about May 13, 2014, employees working from a residential rooftop performing tear-off operations at a height greater than six feet were doing so without fall protection. K&L Roofing LLC, was previously cited for a violation of this or its equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 924385, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, Issued on 8/14/2013, and was affirmed final order on 11/19/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 13477 Inspiration Avenue, Sparta, WI 54656.
