Materials or equipment were placed permanently or temporarily within the exit route: a) Wax Room - Employees exiting along the emergency exit route were exposed to burn hazards from an uncovered portable vat of Cerita Stick Tight heated to approximately 300 degrees Fahrenheit, on or about May 16th, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
