THE COMPANY, ANDERSON INSULATION, INC. WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 313796203, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 3, ISSUED ON DECEMBER 12TH, 2009 WITH A FINAL ORDER DATE OF JANUARY 7TH, 2010.
