Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system:    a) Ventnor Plaza - Sunny Land Child Care Center, 5100 Wellington Avenue, Ventnor City, NJ 08406: On or about May 9, 2014, the employer did not ensure that each employee engaged in roofing work was protected from falling. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 20ft.    NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.0
