29 CFR 1926.502(f)(1)(i): When no mechanical equipment was being used the warning line was not erected at least 6 feet from the roof edge: a) Jobsite at 800 East Lancaster Avenue, Villanova, PA - Roof of Building: On or about May 24th, 2023, the employer did not ensure that the warning line was erected at least 6 feet from the roof edge. Employees were applying a roofing membrane to a flat roof with a warning line that was erected approximately 4.5 feet from the roof edge, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of at least approximately 30 feet.
