On or about May 20, 2014 - at the above addressed jobsite, employees conducting roofing operations from a residential roof that measured eleven (11) feet one (1) inch, were not protected from falls, thereby exposing the employees to fall hazards.       The AGG CONSTRUCTION INC. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(10) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 923150, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 20, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 707 Germania, Ottawa, IL 61350.
