29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled equipment was not installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling:  a) Facility, where electrical equipment not used as listed or labeled included:  1. Room 113, where the APC relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Sylvania microwave oven.  2. Room 115, where the APC relocatable power tap was daisy chained with a black relocatable power tap and used to supply power to computer equipment.  3. Room 116, where a relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Keurig coffee maker.  4. Room 124, where the APC relocatable power tap was used to supply power to the Hamilton Beach coffee maker.  The U.S. Customs & Border Protection Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 242715.015, citation no. 2, item no. 1, issued on March 9, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Bellingham, WA.  The U.S. Customs & Border Protection Patrol was previously cited for a violation of this standard which was contained in OSHA inspection no. 110160.015, citation no. 1, item no. 1, issued on January 11, 2012 with respect to a workplace at Blaine, WA.
