A written hazard communication program had not been established or implemented to discuss how the employer plans to address the labeling of chemicals, safety data sheets, and employee training.      a) Employees were required to work with chemicals such as, but not limited to acetylene gas, compressed gases (argon and oxygen), and welding metals while welding on mild steel.  Employees could develop upper respiratory distress if exposed to welding fumes.  Employees could also develop headache, drowsiness, and dizziness.  Exposure to flammable gases could results in burns to the skin.     b) Employees were required to work with chemicals such as, but not limited to cryogenic liquid nitrogen and compressed helium while using and changing the gases on the Amada FO-3015NT laser cutter.  Employees could develop headache, drowsiness, and dizziness if exposed to cryogenic liquid nitrogen and compressed helium via inhalation.  Employees could also develop severe frostbite if skin is exposed to cryogenic liquid nitrogen.
