29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift:  a- Building A, 1969 Highway 34, Wall NJ:  Company employees were exposed to fall hazards when working from an elevated manlift basket, of an articulating boom lift, without wearing a full body harness with lanyard attached to the proper tie off point within the manlift basket.  Condition observed on or about 05/23/14.
