29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems. a) On or about May 23, 2014, at least one employee performing framing work was exposed to a fall of more than 11 feet to the lower level. David Horton was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number # 853023, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 03/19/2013 with a final abatement date of 03/27/2013, with respect to a workplace located at 844 Pennsylvania Ave. Fort Worth, Texas.
