On or about May 23, 2014, in the receiving building, the exit route number twenty (20), was blocked with material thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fires.   b.  On or about May 23, 2014, in building A, the exit route number four (4) had an obstructed exit discharge with wood boards present in the door threshold and on the ground thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fires.    c.  On or about May 23, 2104, in building D, the exit route number (8) had a steep exit discharge and lacked a ramp and had an uneven surface thereby exposing employees to hazards associated with fires.
