29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, personal fall arrest system, or other approved alternative fall protection system:     (a)  Santos Construction, LLC at 11775 Wadsworth Blvd, Broomfield, CO 80020:  On December 18, 2013 the exposing employer did not ensure that employees were protected from injury, in that two employees installing siding on the backside of the roof parapet on building #4 were not utilizing a fall protection system.  Each employee wore a fall harness; however, their harness was not attached to the lanyard of the fall protection system.  The pitch of the roof was 4-in-12 and the parapet was not continuous around the roof.  This condition exposed the employee to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
