29 CFR 1926.1417(a): 29 CFR 1926.1417(a): The employer did not comply with all manufacturer procedures applicable to the operational functions of equipment, including its use with attachments. Location: 500 Commercial Street, Boston, MA On or about 16 MAY 2014, an operator for the company was lowering a load from a rooftop, where the crane was not configured to the manufacturer's specifications and tipped the machine over.

29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(3): 29 CFR 1926.1417(o)(3): The employer failed to make sure the operator verified that the load is within the rated capacity of the equipment by at least one of the methods outlined in 1926.1417(o)(3)(i)-(ii). Location: 500 Commercial Street, Boston, MA On or about 16 MAY 2014, an operator caused a crane to tip over where the weight of the load was not verified by any acceptable means set forth by 1926.1417(o)(3)(i)-(ii).
