29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (a) Paint booth and area: On or about May 22nd, 2014, and times prior thereto, the employer exposed employees required by the employer to use 3M half mask respirators to inhalation hazards from chemicals in paints including xylene while conducting spray painting work tasks by failing to have a written respiratory protection program to include medical evaluations, annual fit tests and training on respirators and respirator care, maintenance and storage.
