CCS Constructors LLC was previously cited for violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.502(d)(21), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 311589303, citation number 1, item number 004 issued on 06/19/2009 and was affirmed final order on 05/07/2010 with respect to a workplace located at Merrimack River Bridge, Manchester, NH 03101.
