29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):     On or about May 28, 2014, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing residential carpentry operations on the second floor, fourteen (14) feet one (1) inch above the ground, were not protected from falling, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards.      Eamonn McLaughlin was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 957358, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on March 13, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 281 Grandview Avenue, Glen Ellyn, IL 60137.    Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
