On or about April 03, 2014, Marketing Execution Team associates, cleaning the shelves and moving merchandise boxes throughout the store, were exposed to flying and falling particles such as but not limited to dust, product shavings, and cleaning residues. The employer did not conduct a workplace hazard assessment to determine if hazards were present or likely to be present which necessitated the use of personal protective equipment.

On or about April 03, 2014, Marketing Execution Team (MET) associates, cleaning the shelves and moving merchandise boxes throughout the store, were exposed to flying and falling particles such as but not limited to disturbed dust, product shavings and cleaning residues. The employer did not ensure that the MET associates used appropriate eye and face protection.
