29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection plan which meets the requirements of 1926.502(k) developed and implemented. 414 Lincoln, Beaver Crossing, NE 68313 (Job-site).: The employer is failing ensure that fall protection was provided and used for employees who were working on the roof of a home which was approximately 9 feet from a lower level. Abatement certification and abatement documentation is required for this violation. The documentation should include written verification of abatement, applicable measurements or monitoring results, and photographs or videos which you believe will be helpful. The abatement certification sheet is enclosed.
