29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1 m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level. This violation occurred on June 8, 2016, where at least two (2) employees were working on work platform attached to an all terrain fork lift while standing on the guard rails and were exposed to falls of approximately 25 feet to the ground below.
