Company employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Asbestos.    b.)  All-Weather Roofing Company, Inc., 1401 Lynn Street, Erie, PA- On or about May 29, 2014, and on date prior thereto:  Company employees worked with and around hazardous chemicals including, but not limited to, Asbestos. The company's written Hazard Communication Program was missing information including, but not limited to, the following:   1.) The designation of a person responsible for overall on-site compliance with the Company's Hazard Communication Program;   2.) The designation of a person responsible for ensuring proper labeling on incoming chemical containers;   3.) The procedures to review and update label information when necessary;   4.) The designation of a person responsible for obtaining and maintaining MSDSs;   7.) A description of how the MSDSs are maintained on job sites;   8.) A description of the training program to be used, who will provide the training and when training will be provided.
