29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   (a)  On or about May 30, 2014, 2013 at worksite 8900 S.E. 1st Street Shores at Lakeside, Blue Springs, Missouri- employees were exposed to a fall hazard while performing roofing operations at an elevated height without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.   Abatement certification for this violation is not required.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(14):    Each employee working on, at, above, or near wall openings (including those with chutes attached), where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface, is not protected from falling by the use of a guardrail system, a safety net system, or a personal fall arrest system.      (a) On or about May 30, 2014,  at worksite 8900 S.E. 1st Street Shores at Lakeside, Blue Springs, Missouri- employees were exposed to a fall hazard while working where the outside bottom edge of the wall opening was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels and the inside bottom edge of the wall opening is less than 39 inches (1.0 M) above the walking/working surface.
