29 CFR 1910.157(c)(1): Portable fire extinguishers were not mounted, located and identified so that they were readily accessible without subjecting the employees to injuries: a) The portable office fire extinguisher in bulk storage area near an emergency exit was blocked and not accessible to employees during an emergency exposing them to fire and smoke inhalation hazards. b) The portable fire extinguisher in the front administrative office was missing a fire extinguisher sign.
