29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet):  a) On or about July 13, 2016, on the third floor, the employer did not ensure the door between the District Office area and the Field Office Directory was labeled with "not an exit" or its actual use.  b) On or about July 13, 2016, on the fifth floor, the employer did not ensure the door between waiting area hallway and the Records Department was labeled with "not an exit" or its actual use.  The U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1021411, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 3, 2015, with respect to a workplace located at 5650 W. Badura Avenue, Suite 100, Las Vegas, Nevada 89118.
