29 CFR 1910.253(b)(4)(iii): Oxygen cylinders in storage were not separated from fuel-gas cylinders or combustible materials (especially oil or grease), a minimum distance of 20 feet (6.1 m) or by a noncombustible barrier at least 5 feet (1.5 m) high having a fire-resistance rating of at least one half hour.    (a) Cylinder Storage Under Mezzanine -  Three (3) oxygen/propylene cutting torch rigs were stored under the mezzanine.  The cylinders were stored together on carts with regulators and hoses attached.  Employees used the torch carts in the service department to heat and/or cut away damaged metal parts from wrecked trailers, on or about June 3, 2014.     (b) Service Department - One (1)  oxygen/propylene cutting torch rig was stored in the service department.  The cylinders were stored together and chained to a column with regulators and hoses attached.  Employees used the torch carts in the service department to heat and/or cut away damaged metal parts from wrecked trailers, on or about June 3, 2014.    No abatement certification or documentation required.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(7)(i): Unused openings in boxes, raceways, auxiliary gutters, cabinets, equipment cases, or housings were not effectively closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the equipment:    (a) Robot Cell 1 - The metal four gang receptacle box mounted to the column had an unused opening that was not closed to afford protection substantially equivalent to the wall of the box.  The receptacles were energized with 115 vac current and a fan was plugged into one of the receptacles operating on or about June 3, 2014.    No abatement certification or documentation required.
