29 CFR 1910.107(c)(7): Electric lamps outside of, but within twenty (20) feet of any spraying area, and not separated by a partition, were not totally enclosed to prevent the falling of hot particles and not protected from mechanical injury by suitable guards or by location:  a) Spray areas: Polyurethane paints and/or organic vapors accumulated on the vertically positioned fluorescent light fixtures that were installed along each spray area wall.
