OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which was free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall hazard: a. On or about 06/05/2014, at the job site - an employee was standing on the scissor lift top and intermediate guard rails while disconnecting the crane and while welding, exposing the employees to a 10 feet 4 inch fall hazard.
