29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: (a) Location - 311 Memorial Drive, Cambridge, MA: On or about 6/2/14, employees were not provided fall protection while erecting scaffolding when installation of such protection was feasible and did not create a greater hazard. New England Scaffolding Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(g)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 472545, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 30, 2012, with respect to a workplace located at 178 Canal Street, Lawrence, MA.
