29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): While an employee was exposed to contact with parts of fixed electric equipment or circuits which were deenergized, the circuits energizing the parts were not locked out or tagged or both in accordance with the requirements of this paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2): Building #11, coating line #2378 oven heating element: adequate safe procedures for de-energizing circuits were not determined in lockout/tagout machine specific work instructions. Abatement documentation is required of this item in accordance with the requirements of 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
