29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet (3.1m) above a lower level was not protected from falling to that lower level in accordance with paragraphs (g)(1)(i) through (vii) of this section:   a.  Austin Commons Subdivision, 2329 Austin Commons Way, Dacula, GA (Jobsite) -  Employees were exposed to fall  hazards.  Employees were in the process of installing hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed home while working off of an aluminum pump jack scaffold approximately 14 feet above ground, without utilizing a means of fall protection, on or about 06/13/14.

29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms were bridged on to another:     a.  Austin Commons Subdivision, 2329 Austin Commons Way, Dacula, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing the hardi-plank siding to the exterior side of the newly constructed home while working and walking  on a ladder jack scaffold which was bridge and/or overlap one to another to  make a longer work platform, on or about 06/13/14.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:   a.  Austin Commons Subdivision, 2329 Austin Commons Way, Dacula, GA (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard.  The employees were not utilizing a means of fall protection while working and walking approximately 18 feet above ground level on the elevated roof, Installing siding to the side of the fireplace, on or about 06/13/14.
