29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a) At 2106 Quail Ridge Opelika, Alabama:  On or about October 23, 2014 and at times prior; the employer exposed his employees to a fall hazard in that he allowed employees to step on the top step of a step ladder to gain access to and from the roof.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   a)  At 2106 Quail Ridge (Front of House) Opelika, Alabama:  On or about October 23, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 10.6 feet to the ground below.  b)  At 2106 Quail Ridge (Front of House) Opelika, Alabama:  On or about October 23, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the ground below.  c)  At 2106 Quail Ridge (Rear of House) Opelika, Alabama:  On or about October 23, 2014 and at times prior; the employer allowed his employees to deck a high slope roof without fall protection exposing them to a fall hazard of 11 feet to the ground below.  THE RAFAEL MARTA CORDONA DBA RAFAEL MARTA CORDONA WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD 29 CFR 1926.501(B)(13), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 987604, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON SEPTEMBER 11, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 3410 DOUBLE EAGLE LN. OPELIKA, ALABAMA AND ON INSPECTION NUMBER 980664, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2 AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 13, 2014, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED AT 2329 AUSTIN COMMONS WAY DACULA, GEORGIA .
