29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1): Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: (a) 210 Hinterleiter Road Suite 1 Kutztown Pennsylvania, Kalmar - Employees operate the Kalmar forklift with a cracked window. The employer did not remove from service and repair the forklift when it was found to be in need of repair, on or about June 13, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
