(a) On or about June 13, 2014, at the US Army 6th Recruiting Brigade, electrical room, miscellaneous boxes/materials on the pallet were stored in front of the power panel and boxes of ceiling tiles were stored in front of the air handler #2, 1 chilled water pump and #2 hot water pump switches in the boiler room.
