29 CFR 1910.37(b)(6): Each exit sign was not illuminated to a surface value of at least five foot-candles (54 lux) by a reliable light source and be distinctive in color: (a) On or about February 6th, 2020 and at times prior, for the employees exposed to fire related hazards while performing work activities in the facility where two EXIT signs were not illuminated located at 4539 N. 5th St. in North Las Vegas, Nevada.
