29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9):     A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction:    a)  The employer did not ensure the mezzanine spray booth was free of combustible materials such as but not limited to paper boxes being stored on top of the unit exposing employees to fire hazards.    Accent Industries, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 818281 , citation number 1, item number 1, issued on February 22, 2013, which was affirmed as a final order on March 7, 2013 with respect to a workplace located at 9629 58th Place Kenosha, Wisconsin 53144.

29 CFR 1910.94(c)(7)(iii)(b): The rating of filters shall be governed by test data supplied by the manufacturer of the filter. A pressure gage shall be installed to show the pressure drop across the filters. This gage shall be marked to show the pressure drop at which the filters require cleaning or replacement. Filters shall be replaced or cleaned whenever the pressure drop across them becomes excessive or whenever the air flow through the face of the booth falls below that specified in Table G-10.  a)  The company did not have a manometer or other pressure gauge installed and marked to indicate the pressure drop across the filters to determine the need for cleaning or replacement.
