29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) 1801 Salem Road, Wyomissing Pennsylvania - An employee worked on a residential roof installing siding, approximately 9 feet 11 inches above the ground. The employer did not ensure that the employee was provided with a fall protection system, on or about June 17, 2014. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
