29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead:     On or about July 16, 2014 and at times prior thereto, the employer's own daily end-of-shift housekeeping practices in areas which are routinely cleaned did not effectively provide employees who were not protected by personal protective equipment with clean surface areas e.g. eating and hygiene facilities that were free from lead contamination.  This practice exposed the employees to ingestion hazards associated with accumulative lead dust on surfaces that may transfer to food, beverages, cigarettes, or tobacco.    Table 1.
