Opening(s) from inside flammable and combustible storage room(s) were not provided with approved self-closing fire doors. The inside flammable and combustible storage room(s) were not liquid-tight where the walls joined the floor: a) Carpenter Shop; On or about June 17, 2014 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fire hazards in that flammable liquids were stored inside a store room that did not meet the design requirements for a an inside flammable and combustible storage room. The storage room did not have a raised seal or ramp, self-closing fire doors, and was not liquid tight.
