29 CFR 1910.29(b)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that guardrails met the requirement that midrails that are installed at a height midway between the top edge of the guardrail system and the walking-working surface. a) Insulation warehouse, Loft; On or about April 20, 2022 and at times prior to the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of 8 feet in that employees were allowed to access a loft area where rolls of insulation were stored that utilized a guardrail at the unprotected edge that did not have a mid-rail.
