The Smothers Construction Group, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard of residential construction, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 315356139, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2011, with respect to a workplace located at 2716 Aqua Vista Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL, 33301.
