29 CFR 1910.23(c)(1): Open-sided floor(s) or platform(s) 4 feet (1.22 m) or more above the adjacent floor or ground level were not guarded by standard railings (or the equivalent as specified in 29 CFR 1910.23(e)(3)(i) through (v)), on all open sides: a) 2 Liter/Line 1 Depallitizer, 8191 North Route 130, Pennsauken, NJ: An employee was exposed to fall hazards, of approximately 10 feet to the ground surface below, when they were not provided with any fall protection when having to cut the outer strap on pallets of upcoming bottles feeding into the 2 Liter Depallitizer. Observed on or about 06/24/14.
