29 CFR  1910.37(a)(3): Exit routes were not free and unobstructed. Materials or equipment were placed, either permanently or temporarily, within the exit route:  a) 8191 US Rt 130 North, Pennsauken, NJ - Syrup/Batcher Room - Employees were exposed to emergency egress hazards in that the employer did not maintain that exit routes are unobstructed. Walkways which lead to emergency exit routes were blocked with equipment. This condition was observed on or about June 2, 2023.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
