Framing work at the perimeter of the 2nd and 3rd floors. B. While constructing decking work at leading edges. C. While installing trusses on the residential units.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): At this multi-family residential project, employees were not protected from falls while working at second and third floor levels of the units under construction. The employees were exposed to falls while performing: a. Framing work at the perimeters of the second and third levels b. Decking operations on the second floor while constructing leading edges; and c. Installing trusses on the units.
