29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) For employees working at 10316 Legacy Bright Road in Riverview, as observed on or about June 25, 2014. Employees were observed installing plywood sheathing on a roof with a 5:12 pitch. The eave to ground height was approximately 10 feet and the employees had no fall protection system in place. J.M. Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(11), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 798941, citation number 01, item number 001 and was affirmed as a final order on February 06, 2013, with respect to a workplace located at 12325 West Linebaugh Ave, Tampa, Florida.
