29 CFR 1910.101(b): The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tank cars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6: At this facility, at the south end of the facility, compressed gas cylinders were improperly stored and were not secured from falling over.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1)(iv): Electric equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, with the consideration of electrical insulation: On or about June 26, 2014, at this site, employees fabricating on oilfield frac tanks were using power tools supplied by flexible extension cords with damaged or missing insulation. Rolando's Welding & Fabricating was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.303(b)(1)(iv), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 518158, citation number 01, item number 04 and was affirmed as a final order on January 8, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1404 E. Hwy 44, Robstown, TX 78380.
