29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.  N. Church St & W 2nd St., Moorestown, NJ:  On or about June 26, 2014, a Montana Construction Corporation Inc. employee was observed using a Stihl cut off saw to cut a section of steel water pipe.  The employee was not wearing proper eye or face protection and was thus exposed to potential injury.
